KEINER
In
the following sections we would like to explain our products:
Out
task in the concrete factories is primarily the transport of concrete
from the batching plant to the working places and the concrete distribution
in a direct or indirect way.
For
the concrete transport and concrete distribution we offer a large range
of different systems which can be designed for your specific requirements.
I.
BUCKET CONVEYOR
with capacity of 375 l until 6000 l
Design
as: :
a)
monorail system
b) twin rail system
c) rollover bucket
d) bucket with double flap gate
e) bucket with two chambers
f) tandem bucket
g) bucket
with a movable chute
The
type of bucket conveyor is selected in each case according to the total
plant under consideration of the requirements of each project. The wishes
of customer will be considered and also the individual choice of the existing
plant and equipment.
The
monorail bucket conveyor system and also the twin rail conveyor system
will be equipped with friction wheel drive units for inclinations and
high speed up to
V
max. 4 m / sec. (240m/min)
II.
CONCRETE DISTRIBUTOR
May
be designed as:
a) portal frame
b) semi portal frame
c) crane distributor
- |
with
fixed bucket on the distributor frame |
- |
with
a rotating bucket in the vertikal axis.
(with this design the width and the output is also adjustable). |
- |
with
a vertically adjustable distributor bucket for a lifting up to 3 metre
(fork lift system).
With this distributor individual horizontal elements and high beams
and columns could be produced. |
Concrete
discharge :
- |
via
a double segment gate or segment gate operated by a hydraulic system.
(the concrete output depends of the consistence of the concrete and
is not controlled) |
- |
via
a vibro chute with normal frequency vibrator. The slope of the chute
is adjustable, with this system the material flow could be controlled
directly. The vibro chut has flaps to adjust the width of the concrete
flow (dosed concrete output). |
- |
via
a cellular wheel sluice with a infinitely variable motor speed. (specially
for flowing concrete) |
- |
via
a spike roller with infinitely variable motor speed with flat slides
(the size of the flat slides varies according to the lentgh of concrete
outlet). If the distributor operates automatically a loosing roller
is installed over the spikeroller for to guarantee the concrete flow.
(specially for flowing concrete) |
Electric
control - and operation
for the concrete distributors
a) |
with
a control pendant operated on the floor level.
(operating from floor level the driving speed is limited to 60m/min) |
b) |
with
a control panel on the distributor cat or at the distributor brindge |
c) |
via
a radio control system |
III.
ELECTRIC CONTROL SYSTEMS
for bucket conveyor systems
free
programming systems mostly operating with Siemens S7
Operating |
- |
with
all push bottoms and signal lamps in the main switchboard |
- |
with
a control desk with ilumiated display |
- |
with
PC operation with a visual display unit with mimic of the movements |
All
electric systems are manufactured in our company also the software and
the hardware. For our electric systems we offer our customers a hotline-service,
in plants where a modem is installed, we make changings and upgrades of
the software with the modem.
IV.
CRANE BUCKET TRANSPORT CAR
Supplement
to a floor level free bucket conveyor transport.
V.
ELEMENT TRANSPORT CAR
For
the removal of precast elements from the production place to the place
of storage.
VI.
STATIONARY MOLD HOPPERS
For
intermediate storage.
VII.
LIFT OR SLIDING DOOR
For
the transfer of bucket conveyors into the production halls.
VIII.
STEEL CONSTRUCTIONS AND EXTRA CONSTRUCTIONS
We
design and supply complete precast factories worldwide, with complete
bucket conveyor and distributor systems.
